Servicing/ Maintenance

Aga's have been at the heart of homes for over a hundred years. All these loyal cookers require is an annual service to ensure efficient running and they will reward you with warmth and incredible food for years to come. I will service your appliance with the care and love it deserves. A regular service means I can fix minor problems before they become costly repairs.

I use only genuine AGA Rangemaster parts to ensure your cooker runs efficiently and safely. As an authorised engineer, all replacement parts are covered under the 5 year warranty for added peace of mind.
I recommend a service every 6 to 12 months depending on the model that you have. This means I can change worn or tired parts and keep the appliance working as it should.

I recommend:

Gas Service - every 12 months
Oil Service - every 6 months

Electric Inspection - every 30 months

Electric Conversions

If you already have an Aga and don't want to get rid of it, I can convert your traditional Aga to electric for you. There are several different options for converting to electric and I can discuss options with you based on the model you already own and provide a free quotation for the work.

The good news is that the majority of traditional Aga's CAN be converted to electric (based on their condition) AND The process can usually be completed in a day with little mess.

Common AGA Problems/ Fault finding

If you are experiencing problems with your AGA appliance such as losing heat or over sooting, need to replace doors/ hinges, are hearing funny noises or have funny gas like smells, then please do not hesitate to give me a call.

I supply genuine AGA Rangemaster parts for almost anything you may need for your cooker, and hold many in stock or can get usually get required parts within 24 hours.

Removal/Installation

Moving an AGA isn't an easy thing to do and it has to be done properly and by someone qualified. I am able to remove and install your cooker and are happy to work alongside other trades people to help you get your dream kitchen.

I reported that our Aga had stopped working and was told an engineer would be in touch within 24/48 hours. In fact Carl called to say he was in the area and repaired the fault within 90 minutes. Fantastic service full explanation and re-set the temperature etc.
